Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the online WebXR exhibition and paid digital content (the “Service”) offered by Heritage Art Link (the “Operator”) at dahakimlab.com.

3. The Service

• Free exhibition. Viewing the WebXR point-cloud exhibition of Nongak heritage motion data is free.
• Screen recording — one take (paid). One purchase is one recording of the exhibition view, up to 3 minutes. Video only — audio is not included. The take is used up when you press Start recording. The recording exists only in your browser and is never stored on our servers, so you must save it to your device yourself.
• Premium original capture file (paid). The original 3D capture file for an exhibition slot, available to download after purchase. File format and size are shown on the purchase screen.

4. No accounts

The Service does not use accounts. Purchases and access are tied to an anonymous visitor identifier (a cookie) that our server gives your browser. Clearing site data, or using another device or browser, may hide what you purchased. You can restore it with the restore key you received after paying, or with a 6-digit device code made on the device you bought on. If that is not possible, contact us with your order details and we will help.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the purchase screen before you pay; the amount shown is the amount charged.
• Payments are processed by Toss Payments, including the PayPal (US dollar) option where it is offered. Card and account details never reach our servers.
• The purchase is concluded when the payment is approved, and the content is available immediately.
• Service period. Paid content is delivered immediately on payment approval; the recording take and the premium file download remain available for 12 months from the date of purchase. The period is also shown on the purchase screen.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Withdrawal and refunds follow the Refund Policy. Because these are digital items, the right of withdrawal is restricted once you have started a recording or started a file download (Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). Please read the Refund Policy before paying.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

• The exhibition and its 3D data, video, images, audio, and text belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders.
• Purchased capture files and your own recordings are for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use requires the Operator's prior written consent — contact us for other uses.

8. Your obligations

• Do not interfere with the Service or bypass its payment or access checks.
• Do not use another person's payment method without permission.
• A payment made by a minor without a legal guardian's consent may be cancelled by the minor or the guardian.

9. Changes and interruptions

The Service runs in browsers and devices that support WebGL2 and WebXR; some features (AR/VR, screen recording) may be limited on some devices. The Operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, faults, or operational reasons, and will give notice on the site when paid content is affected. If purchased content becomes unusable for reasons on the Operator's side, it is refunded under the Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, your device or network environment, or your own fault, and is liable under applicable law for damage caused by its intent or negligence. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights guaranteed by law.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

Changes are posted at this address with a new effective date. Changes unfavourable to users are announced in advance, and completed purchases remain governed by the terms in force when they were made.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first discussed through the contact details above; jurisdiction follows the applicable procedural law.
